Service Description

Myofascial Release enables stuck, hardened and dehydrated areas of the fascial network (connective tissue) to become pliable, soft, mobile and hydrated. Palpation skills are used to assess the structure and function of the body, allowing the therapist to determine which techniques to use. The client may not feel much happening as it is a slow and focused treatment, but will feel relaxed and "freer" or "lighter" after a treatment. Myofascial Release increases the body's own restorative powers by improving circulation and nervous system transmission. It relieves physical and emotional strain and restores muscle function and postural alignment
