On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.15pm to 7pm Metta creates new Yoga sequences for you to specifically focus on strengthening & toning different areas of your body each lesson.
If you want to increase muscle, step-up cardio, strengthen, tone and fat-burn & have leg day, core day and upper body day, these classes are for you! Additionally they come with all the other Yogic benefits, such as balancing and calming you physically and mentally!
