For company employees where there is more than 3 requiring treatment the same day. For those who do not want to undress, use oils or are limited by time, seated chair Massage is for you. This Massage takes place on a specially designed Massage chair or a regular chair. Performed through clothes without oils required, concentrating on the back, neck, shoulders and arms (and head if desired). Swedish Massage techniques with Acupressure are used, such as effleurage, kneading, hacking and pressure point work. Deep Tissue Massage may be used if there are specific areas to concentrate on. This Massage can help to reduce muscle tension caused by desk working, as well as aid relaxation and, at once, energise; it can reduce stress and headaches
