This is the highest mountain in England, Scafell Pike, in the Lake District. Hiking up and down this mountainous area and to the top, with an elevation of 978 metres, is a physical challenge that is worth every step!
It requires a level of fitness to do this hike and requires some recovery afterwards as the body aches!

The great outdoors is truly stunning (Lake District below). Next challenge...Ben Nevis!
