PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES AND COURSES
Private in-person and online Yoga classes and courses are a perfect fit if you feel you need more personalised guidance than a public class can offer; would like motivation and accountability for practicing yoga; or need to fit your class in around a busy schedule. 6 or 12 hour Yoga courses are a good option to master specific yoga postures and a yoga practice, or to feel comfortable starting public group Yoga classes, or if students would like to focus on their personal goals as classes and courses are tailor made for the participating individual(s). Joanna, the teacher, creates each class drawing from her expertise in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, and/or Restorative Yoga.
Yoga classes can also be offered alongside your Massage treatment plan to assist, complement and maintain benefits.

Hatha Yoga
