These can be one-to-one or small group classes. After a detailed consultation to assess you or the group holistically from a mental, physical and emotional perspective, a tailored yoga class sequence will be designed to address your specific ailments and needs. These classes can draw on various Yoga traditions, such as Hatha, Vinyasa or Restorative Yoga styles. The classes can be designed in conjunction with an osteopath, physiotherapist or GP, that will meet your needs and help with your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Yoga class sequences will be adapted and updated as required for your therapeutic journey back to optimum well-being. 


The Yoga sequences can be remedial yoga or rehabilitation informed yoga classes. If you are undergoing medical treatment or rehabilitation your doctor or another therapist may advise you to undertake one to one yoga classes depending on the condition. These Personalised Yoga classes can also be part of a therapy programme, for example, to recover from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

You will learn Yoga postures and modification postures in detail, Yoga theory, breathing and relaxation techniques. You will develop a practice that eventually you will be comfortable and knowledgeable enough to practice alone at home should you like.
