Pregnancy Massage 

Pregnancy massage supports mothers physically, mentally and spiritually through the challenges of childbirth.  It uses Swedish massage techniques but a light to medium pressure for safety and the client is positioned using bolsters to support complete comfort. Long, slow strokes and kneading movements will be used.

Pregnancy massage is for mothers after their first 3 months of pregnancy and for new mothers. Women who should not choose Pregnancy massage are: still in first three months of pregnancy, prone to blood clots, experiencing cramping or bleeding, have a history of miscarriage or high-risk pregnancy and general contraindications following a c-section.
